Upgrading website to WordPress: IEEE Style Paper

-Introduction
-Problem(project/work requirements) – what is the initial research problem or initial project – (Original website uses pure html),
-A description of the project
-Explanation of specific activities that were done for the project/to solve the problem
-Suggestions for future enhancements for the project -( possibly better php formatting, a custom theme created for the ground up with the new website in mind rather than editing an existing theme, etc)
