Task
The basic principles of Risk Management within Construction projects and Project Management will be similar, but the actions in terms of identification, assessment, response of project risks, as well as further monitoring of risks, will vary within each project. There are three podcast interviews located on the Moodle page that consist of conversations with Construction Industry professionals and policy makers.
